Bulk checks, watching and API
The pages here are free. What is not free is doing this for an entire broker panel, every month, on a register that publishes no history.
Who does this at volume
- Lenders and aggregators. You accept business from brokers. The register is the external record of whether each one was appointed when the application was written — and it publishes current appointments only, so the evidence disappears if you do not keep it.
- Compliance teams inside licensees. 47,127 representatives sit under 4,347 licensees. Yours are your problem, and 2,595 entries across the register carry a complaints scheme that closed in 2018.
- Anyone reconciling brands to licences. 1,491 licensees trade under registered business names — the name on the invoice is not the name on the licence.
What we can do on your list
- Resolve a list. Send names, representative numbers or licence numbers; get back a CSV with the appointing licensee, its AFS licence, its business names, the complaints scheme recorded, and the locality.
- Watch a panel. This is the one that matters on this register: because ASIC publishes no ceased appointments, the only way to know that a broker left is to compare two collections. We keep every collection and tell you what moved.
- Query it. A JSON endpoint by representative number.
Priced case by case. Say what you need and we answer with a figure and a sample against your own data.
Tell us what you need to check
Describe the list or the watch. We reply with a sample run against your own data, and a price. No payment is taken on this site.
Every request is answered by hand. Your details are used to reply and nothing else — see the privacy page.
