Search the register
Enter the broker's name, or their credit representative number.
What you can type
- A name — the surname alone is usually enough. Names are recorded as ASIC records them, often surname first.
- A credit representative number — the digits.
Your search never reaches a server. It lives in the part of the address after
the #, which browsers do not transmit, and the lookup runs in your
browser against static index files.
Two reasons a real broker may not be here. They may hold a credit licence in their own right rather than be a representative — the 4,347 licensees are on the licensee pages. And ASIC publishes current appointments only: someone who moved licensee last month disappears from the file rather than showing as ceased.
